Visitation to the Marine & Lawn property the Slieve Donard Resort in County Down on Friday evening 28th July 2023, between 8:15PM to 9:30PM.

The hotel will officially reopen to full guest capacity during August 2023 following a long-term refurbishment.

Slieve Donard Resort is the sister hotel of the fully refurbished Dornoch Station in the Highlands of Scotland, likewise this Marine & Lawn property will welcome its first guests during late August 2023.

The 'Compromise and Complacency' as observed to the visual Work Environments and the guest service etiquette of the Personnel on duty:

- Lounge, the silver wine bottle coolers are sent from the Wolf Bar to the guest's table in the J. J. Farrell's Restaurant stained and unpolished?

- Lounge, observed the Supervisor Eva on 2 occasions not utilizing a tray?, but carrying glassware/items by hand across the guest lounge from J. J. Farrall's Restaurant to the Wolf Bar?

- Lounge, likewise observed the lounge waiter Josh, carry a silver bottle cooler containing white wine from the bar to the restaurant under his arm, arm-pit?

- Wolf Bar, ordered a Bushmills hot Whiskey, but informed by Josh the lounge waiter that the Wolf Bar did not serve Bushmills Whiskey? Having just had a Bushmills Irish Coffee, I went to the bar with Josh to ask the bartender, whereby a bottle of Bushmills Whiskey is shown?

- The following photographs were taken for reference in relation to the discrepancies and omissions observed. Each numbered photograph is followed with a brief summation.

#1. 20:25PM and #2. 20:25PM J. J. Farrall's Restaurant, Member of staff drops glassware/items from a tray at seated guests table in the restaurant, is observed uncomfortable holding a tray? Inconvenience to the guest's dining experience? Slieve Donard Resort Friday 28th July 2023.

#3. 20:26PM, #4. 20:27PM, #5. 21:06PM and #6. 21:24PM Men's Restroom, 'Leaking' plastic bottle of Irish still water remains present throughout the timeline upon the hand wash counter? No fresh hand towels replenished for guests into the empty Wicker Basket?, even after witnessing housekeeping personnel on 2 separate occasions enter the men's restroom for cleaning duties? #7. 20:16PM and #8. 20:18PM Men's Restroom, The Wicker Basket facility offering guests clean hand towels has now been removed from the hand wash counter? The presentation of the hand wash counter is now clean. Slieve Donard Resort Thursday 21st September 2023.


#9. 20:31PM The Wolf Bar, Bushmills Irish Coffee is served with a tea-spoon but no sugar bowl? The Bushmills Irish Coffee is accompanied with salted potato-crisps? No Wolf Bar table menu? Slieve Donard Resort Friday 28th July 2023.


#10. 20:04PM The Wolf Bar, Bushmills Irish Coffee is correctly served with shortbread biscuits, and not salted potato-crisps. Tea-spoon served but no sugar bowl? Wolf Bar table menu is present. Slieve Donard Resort Thursday 21st September 2023.


#11. 21:21PM The Wolf Bar, Bushmills hot Whiskey was not accompanied with a tea-spoon or a sugar bowl? At the time of the drinks order, I had requested to Josh the lounge waiter for the hot Whiskey to be served with sugar but no cloves, however as shown, the hot Whiskey is served with cloves in sliced lemon, and upon tasting, no sugar had been added to this traditional drink?
