THE COMPLACENCY PALACE OF CASHEL !!!.....


The Cashel Palace Official Website, Friday 4th October 2024, observed Front Of House hospitality etiquette interior and exterior setting photographs, clearly highlights compromise and complacency? The visual imagery throughout the official website, permeated with discrepancies and clear contradictions?

The official website has been online since the opening of the hotel in March 2022, amended during 2024?

Karen Fleming the Director of Sales and Marketing at Cashel Palace, is informed directly via a Zoom Meeting conducted on Monday 7th October, at 10:30am.

*I have previously conducted hospitality to members of the Magnier Family at St James's Palace in London, the current Owners of the Cashel Palace Hotel.

Each of the Front Of House hospitality discrepancies and contradictions is observed by clicking the individual image links within the slideshow below:



#1. The presentation of the tablecloths here is absolutely AWFUL? The table linen is wrinkled, creased and unironed?

#2. 3 separate unironed and wrinkled tablecloths cover the table? 4 place settings are laid on top of the tablecloths folded-edges?

#3. The presentation of the tablecloths is correct, ironed with no creasing. Table place settings are shown on top of the tablecloths folded-edges?

#4. The tablecloth coverings are clearly not aligned straight, are unironed and wrinkled? 4 place settings laid on top of the tablecloths folded-edges?

#5. The correct afternoon tea etiquette, both silver tongs and condiment spoons compliment the table setting.

#6. Incorrect afternoon tea etiquette, no silver condiment spoons or tongs compliment the table setting?

#7. No condiment set or silver tongs to compliment the afternoon tea display? 2 dessert spoons are missing from the table place settings?

#8. No silver condiment spoons or tongs to compliment the afternoon tea table setting? No dessert silver with the place settings?

#9. Uniform jacket name badge observed.

#10. Very poor uniform etiquette, buttoned jacket is too tight? No uniform name badge?

#12. Incorrect wine bottle storage shown upon the entire side-cabinet? No red wine bottle racks utilized for the red wines with corks?

#13. Correct storage, red wine bottles utilizing corks displayed horizontal in the wine cellar.

#14. Incorrect red wine bottle presentation? No single red wine bottle holders utilized for the wines displayed upright on the side-cabinet?

#15. Correct wine service-cloth etiquette compliments the sparkling wine on ice.

#16. Incorrect etiquette, no wine service-cloth is shown to compliment the sparkling wine on ice?

#17. Correct etiquette, wine service-cloth compliments the white wine on ice.
